A while back I wrote a few posts on my problems with Warrior Custom Golf Clubs.  This post and subsequent posts generated a lot of comments and negative feedback from readers.  Somehow word got back to the people at Warrior and their Public Relations Manager contacted me to make an apology and offer to help rectify the situation.  To date, almost all the problems have been fixed and I want to thank Paul Villa for his help.    

That being said however, if I didn’t have this I am pretty sure I would still be waiting to hear back from Warrior.  My blog posts on Warrior generate a lot of comments and even Google searches on the company were ranking my negative comments very high.  They did what they had to do to save face which is appreciated but Paul was still unable to answer my only question; “When this all started, why did no one call or email me back?” 

 

I guess I should just be happy the situation is finally over.
