Tiger’s Dedication to Conditioning Inspires
It’s good to see people making the connection to physical conditioning of endurance, balance, strength, breathing (and not to mention mental conditioning that allows you to contribute to your mind/perception and physical performance) and how this affects your performance in your chosen sport.
In any area of life that you want to excel, you have to remember there are many non-direct activities that will have a direct impact on the end results you achieve.
No matter what you want to achieve, consider the positive effect of coming to the table “fully-loaded” with finely tuned mental conditioning, proper nutrition, sleep & hydration, physical skills like endurance, power, balance, etc…. this is how people like Tiger are not really lucky at all – they make sure every aspect is covered well before showing up. You can see this and apply it with your family, with your career, with any area of passion that you want to reach for the stars and achieve – ultimately no one is lucky forever, the people who might seem that way are simply much more well prepared.
